The Brief
Fenergo’s global remote SaaS selling team had successfully leveraged face to face relationship building, meeting global clients and in-person negotiations to become one of the leading players in client lifecycle management globally.
With the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, these human interactions needed to move to a remote, online world.
Fenergo contracted ChangeAble Behaviour Solutions to provide 6 x masterclasses across Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle-East sales teams on the science of human connection, behavioural mapping to an online world and a roadmap for future directions as the Covid pandemic unfolded.
Our Approach
We focused upon the behavioural basis of themes that would add most value to the requirements of sales teams including:
- Status
- Remote Connection
- Do’s and Don’t s
- Building meaningful connections remotely
- Managing remote crises with competency
We included a “how to” guide for behavioural practice to refine online communication skills as well as a take-away guide for each theme (See below for examples)
